This Privacy Policy describes how PITLabs Racing LLC ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the PIT SimBridge mobile application ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

The App does not:

• Require user accounts or registration
• Collect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers
• Track your location
• Use analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs
• Transmit any data to external servers

3. Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions solely for device connectivity:

Bluetooth

Used exclusively for initial setup and configuration of PIT SimBridge hardware devices. Bluetooth is only active during the device setup process and is not used for any other purpose.

Wi-Fi / Network

Used to communicate with and manage your PIT Transmitter over your local network. All communication stays on your local network — no data is sent to the internet.

Location (Android)

Android requires location permission for Bluetooth device scanning. This is a platform requirement — the App does not access, store, or use your actual location.

4. Data Storage

The App stores configuration data (device names, IP addresses, and preferences) locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted externally and can be cleared by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. No data is shared with third parties.

6. Hardware Communication

Communication between the PIT Transmitter and PIT Receiver uses the ELRS (ExpressLRS) protocol with built-in security measures. All devices in the PIT SimBridge ecosystem include their own security protections. The App facilitates configuration but does not intercept or store transmission data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect personal data, the App is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
